Job Description :
8+ years Information Services experience as a Business Analyst and 5+ Years of experience in the Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of Investment Regulatory Reporting and Advise Consensus RMS (Tool) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and Business analysis certification Ability to buildbusiness relationships & Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Proven experience with business analysis, elicitation, modeling.
verification and methodology development Experience working with Large size IT Teams and must have strong foundation of various Software Development Methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, Effective influencing skills and negotiating skills Must have worked on requirement Management tools such as JIRA, Rally, RTC etc.
Must have strong eye for the Quality Assurance and have played the role of SQA in the last. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
Must have experience working with the Global Teams located offshore.
