Job Description:

End to end ownership of submitted Change Requests and tracking of the progress interfacing with business and application teams
Interface with Business and application teams, understand functional business and connectivity requirements, translate business/application requirements into actionable requests to be implemented by infrastructure teams.
Understand and review the service requests received from the business end to end and submit Change Requests
Ensure to submit RFC within the service levels
Provide timely reporting visibility to business stakeholders about timelines and dependencies
Manages change requests, ensuring changes follow defined process and comply with requirements
Data collection and analysis
Adherence to standardized documentation requirements and procedures
Maintain change log, change schedule, history, and documentation for network changes utilizing authorized tracking and documentation tools
Work in a fast-paced environment with ability to turn items around in a quick manner
Maintains procedures, policies and other documentation relating to Change Management, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.
Produce reports related to Change Requests on a daily basis

Required Skillset:
experience in Change control Management
Strong analytical capability working in mission-critical environments
Strong communication skills
Call Center experience (Prefer)
