1. 6- 8 years profile having working experience in AMDOCS / Frontend Applications incDomain
2. Should have good understanding on E2E telecom domain .
3. Experience in defect Trigring and Analyzing Issues
4. Good communication skills.
5. Should be flexible enough to support extended hours and long hours on demand.
6. Knowledge in working issue tracking products JIRA or Remedy or any other similar tools.
