Job Description :
Provide analysis and expertise to plan, develop, test and document client computer program changes. The Business Analyst will assist in developing business documentation and procedures to support business processes associated with new development and maintenance programming
Work with client staff and project teams to insure project objectives and system requirements are met.
Conduct analysis and provide expertise to define and develop client business process maps
Test hardware and/or software systems. Testing activities will include developing and documenting test plans and compliance criteria, developing test data and test scenarios, coordinating staff to conduct testing, and performing acceptance tests.
Develop and document customer usage documentation (user guides
Identify and document problems during testing and coordinate corrective action.
Participate in the design of systems and program narratives, charts, diagrams, record layouts, reports, screens, files, etc.
Attend meetings and prototyping sessions with development team members and other business experts to develop and review requirements. Contractor shall support business acceptance testing by providing necessary data and environment information as well as correcting any code issues discovered during testing and peer reviews. While performing the tasks, the Contractor shall work with all involved parties to insure the objectives and system requirements are met. This may include meetings with project team members, technical experts and business representatives to develop and review requirements, complete and carry out test plans and develop and coordinate application implementation plans. Contractor shall submit a written status report each month to the Project Manager Team Lead on activities, hours worked and accomplishments.
