Duration: 12 Months contract
Project Summary
International automaker, looking to build and support their US Corporate Website leveraging Sitecore CMS and related technology stack
Mandatory Skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
-Creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designing business models using UML diagrams - Context, Use Case, Sequence, Activity diagrams in Enterprise Architect , MS Visio Aroit in different management scenarios like Change Control, Quality Assurance, Defect Tracking, System Integration, and Scheduling
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
Convert the business expectations (scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stake holders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface screen-Coordination with the stake holder for getting sign offs on the user stories, wire frames and Mock ups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stake holders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
Participate in Bug Triage meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelors and/or Master Degree in Engineering
Atleast 4+ yrs of working with International customers in Onsite/Offshore model
