Job Description :
1. 5-8 years of progressive business analysis experience; relevant work experience in building and delivering application requirements for customer engagements within a professional services firm or similar environment
2. Excellent problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills
3. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels
4. Work with customer stakeholders to identify, document, and build business requirements documents that will aid in the implementation of the technology solution
5. Lead communication of requirements to technical teams to innovate and prototype ideas into scalable solutions; manage requirements clarifications and change requests with Prototype Lead
6. Prepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables, diagrams, and conduct reviews for scope, business justification and requirements including use cases, design documents, prototypes, and business rules
7. Manage the creation and facilitation of acceptance criteria for application requirements and User Acceptance Testing activities
