Job Description :
Understanding of utility Business processes
Understanding of process mining (Experience with DISCO tool is preferable)
Identify Process Gaps
Should have experience in Automation/RPA area
Manage discussion with Business stakeholders
Translate requirements to developers
Understanding of the testing process
Prepare the test plan
Assist in User Acceptance testing
Understanding of Automation Anywhere tool– (Preferable but not mandatory
