Job Description :

The Waymo Staffing team is responsible for helping the company attract, assess, and acquire extraordinary talent to help Waymo accomplish it''s mission of building the world''s safest driver.

Overall Responsibilities:

Document Staffing processes, ways of working, and roles and responsibilities
Support integration points of Staffing technology between Staffing and broader People platforms
Support integration between Staffing platforms and third party vendors
Support optimization efforts to Staffing processes including: HC reconciliation, requisition opening,
interview scheduling, offer management, etc.

Daily Responsibilities:

Program Management 
Support optimization/efficiency efforts

Qualificaton :

Education: Bachelors (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Systems or Information Technology
Total years of experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility:
5-7 years Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role
Project/Program Management, Vendor Selection Processes, Implementation, and Integration
expertise, Process documentation, and mapping
Specific Tools or Applications experience: Business Systems e.g. ERP, Business Process Tools

Preferred Skills :

Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco): PMP
Adwords, media planning, etc. 
Soft skills (e.g. able to work well in a team; ability to work with ambiguity/ little direction) 
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with a high degree of change
Resiliency, curiosity, and ability to make sense of things
Comfort operating with ambiguity
