Job Description :
The purpose of this position is to support execution of detailed, processes and perform reporting and analysis within a functional area. This role is expected to be a subject matter expert on execution of processes and assist with troubleshooting, identification and implementation of solutions.

Deliver service to Field Leaders and advisors through reporting, email responses and proactive communication, when appropriate
Executing operational procedures and process
Gathering and maintaining data to ensure accuracy of reporting and analysis.
Perform statistical analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques as needed to answer business questions, assess business issues and/or recommend courses of action to meet business objectives.
Manage workstream execution including tasks plans, RAIDQ and implementation plans.
-Communicating action plans, status and priorities to appropriate partners.
Act as a liaison between business leaders, staff and utility functions to help drive knowledge transfer

Ideal candidate must possess:
Strong customer service acumen ? Quick self-sufficient learner who can source, process and interpret information ? Strong Excel and reporting skills ? Basic Access, SharePoint, Visio and MS Project skills

Field/advisor experience or familiarity with the field sales force Series 7
Position is in support of a project that is scheduled to end in June of 2019; if schedule changes the person may be asked to extend.
