Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum team
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with one or more Agile tools (such as JIRA or TFS) and agile frameworks (Kanban and Scrum) to manage the full lifecycle, including backlog management, defect tracking, test execution, build management
Demonstrated expertise in user story definition, clearly define the acceptance criteria for user stories, preliminary design wire frames, and conceptual feasibility.
Demonstrated strong execution capabilities experience working within Agile Software Delivery environments and driving organization through transformational changes.
Knowledge and experiences with agile techniques, processes and tools that enable the rapid definition, design, build, integration and test of fully working code.
Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and proven ability to work with diverse personality types.
Excellent skills and knowledge situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Experience coaching and mentoring other Business Analyst
Solid understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices.
Independent self-starter. Ability to work independently, without the need for frequent guidance.
Effective problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent listening ability.
Must be goal oriented and demonstrate reliability along with the ability to drive for results
Strong written, organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work on fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple priorities.
