- Bachelor''s or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, business or related field
- 5 or more years of experience with increasing responsibilities in the following areas, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities:
o Experience as a Business Analyst.
o Retail/e-commerce domain knowledge.
o Writing requirements for large system integration projects
o System integration and/or application implementation and support.
o Validating system behavior against requirements.
o Working with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.
o Working in a large corporate environment.
o Experience with various development methodologies.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
