Job Description :
We are looking for a business analyst with the following experiences to assist with our project:
Experience with business requirements gathering, strategy, and deployment of IT initiatives
Understand and prioritize business requirements with the business and the technical teams
Experience with physical security processes and IT services deployment including Change Management principles
Ability to facilitate meetings/workshops/engagements with business partners and stakeholders
Ability to present key messages, communicate IT challenges/opportunities in business terms and business needs
Demonstrate strong analytical skills
Ability to influence and enable key business strategies and priorities though Technology and Security platforms
Strong analytical skills, coordination and communication skills
Ability to understand client processes
Ability to listen and pay attention to details
Ability to act as an interface / liaison among stakeholders
Ability to work alone and deliver business results
Proven experience in gathering, eliciting, organizing and analyzing requirements, documenting processes
Ability to create data and process flow diagrams, ERDs, developing business requirement documents, functional specifications, test and use cases, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
Experience with Access Control, Identity Management, Visitor Management systems is a PLUS
Preferred location: San Ramon, but Houston works too
