Job Description :
MUST HAVE:

Previous experience working for a school district
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with experience in:
o Gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, and gap analysis
o Developing process maps, project timelines, and status reporting
o Creating functional requirements and design documents for system configuration/setup
o Developing and tracking test scripts
Hands on experience using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience using project databases to manage and monitor actions, decisions, and risk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills


NICE TO HAVE:

3+ years’ Project Management experience
Microsoft Project
Change Management and Process Optimization experience
ERP System experience
PMO framework
