Collaborates with business to understand project goals and objec-tives as
related to corporate strategy. Translates business require-ments into
functional specifications that enables information technol-ogy to design and
implement desired solution.
* Lead, direct and coordinate requirement gathering sessions for
medium to large projects.
* Define and document business and system require-ments per
information technology guidelines.
* Complete work requests in order to maintain service level objectives
in accordance with information tech-nology department goals and guidelines.
* Support business units by investigating operations-re-lated
opportunities and recommend solutions.
* Validate and verify requirements tracing to design and test
documentation.
BA with some Data Warehouse background.
Bachelor''s degree.
4 years progressive business analysis experience sup- porting medium to
large size projects.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive part-nerships and work
collaboratively with cross-function-al business teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to
deal with ambiguity.
Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical
results to a non-technical audience.
