1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required (Computer Science, Engineering, etc
2. 5-7 years’ full-time experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Systems Analyst
3. Experience working in an Agile development environment, e.g. Scrum or Kanban a must
4. Ability to create user stories, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
5. Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions and document their outcome
6. Experience of managing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories
7. Solid understanding of web development environments (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
8. Knowledge and hands-on experience with XML, web service API’s, and batch integration techniques
9. Excellent understanding of data and relationship. Ability to write SQL to query data structure.
10. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
11. Desire to take ownership, be creative with problem solving, and pro-actively secure the objectives of the business
12. Ability to juggle competing priorities and navigate through the technical and/or business constraints around a problem in order to drive towards a solution.
