Demonstrated knowledge of system testing tools and procedures
Process improvement skills/experience (i.e. Six Sigma/Lean, ADP)
Work with Key matrix partners to design new system business functionalities and data requirements to meet the needs of a highly dynamic environment.
Responsible for representing the business in change management processes for IT.
Establish and maintain standard business processes and local SOPs in accordance with Global and departmental guidelines
Validate system changes and data conversion
B.A./ B.S. degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience (Website)
Experience with development and validation of reporting queries, including relational databases
