Business Analyst (Insurance Background)
Location: Bethlehem PA
Interview: In-Person
Duration: 6 month contract to hire (no visa sponsorship)

- 5-10 years of experience
- Design, develop, and implement/integrate testing and validation tools for Insurance Products
- Taking product specifications and leading process into converting them into usable validation tools
- Experience in Access/VBA/Excel, Macros, Algorithms (Actuarial experience)
- Data Imports/exports, Coordinating UAT, testing as needed
- Cross-functional work with business and development teams
- Agile/SCRUM experience
- Mock-ups, regulatory analysis, validation of data
