Job Description:
9+ Years professional experience as a business systems analyst
Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry is preferred (alternately, we’ll consider experience with Life insurance
Excellent communications skills
Experience interacting with customers to elicit requirements
Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Guidewire experience is preferred
Experience working with third-party vendors is preferred, but optional
Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues is preferred, but optional
