The candidate should have excellent hands-on experience on –
Advanced skills in Agile, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective project management skills, Co-coordinating and communicating with multiple project team
Ability to analyze and document complex business practices
Ability to make effective business decisions under pressure
Ability to think analytically and solve problems
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Ability to manage multiple projects and goals simultaneously.
Ability to understand Insurance terminology and Insurance practices/processes
Any infrastructure related experience. - Understanding of terminologies, server asset based systems and some knowledge of Sever Infrastructure.
Role Description:
Identify and analyze business problems and defines the scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate.
Is involved in all aspects of projects, including documentation of project needs, analysis/ research of needs and possible solutions, identifying technology and business solutions, gathering, documenting and updating business requirements; reviewing workflow process mapping; developing business testing strategies and working with project members to execute the test plan, recommending preferred solutions, and implementing recommendations.
Manages project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc and documents process flows and gaps.
An Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs.
Supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/ external team members.
Identify issues and escalates/ manages resolution as required. - Coordinates and provides support to the business with the process implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
They have a system in place where they are migrating to a different system.
Resource will be responsible for the Source system and the destination system.
Will have to split their attention between the systems.
Helping PM and working with systems owner, working with subject matter tech owners to detail out the source of the source system requirements and help map what’s going to be on the destination.
Help with driving out the business requirement working with the tech teams that work with the stake holders of the server based information.
Help with testing UAT environments, test script development, helping to develop use cases.
Help drive out requirements with help of tech leads and PM.
