Description:
The Business Analyst will work with a cross-functional web development team in order to document key outcomes, develop process flows and organize reference materials. In addition, the Business Analyst will collect, document and organize key information necessary for the website development team, including but not limited to user stories, technical requirements and website content.
The ideal Business Analyst will be an effective collaborator with strong written and oral communication skills. This role will require the ability to work independently and apply critical thinking skills, while assisting the cross-functional team with deliverables related to the operational foundations of the program.
The Business Analyst is responsible for:
Assisting team members with defining and documenting business needs
Assisting with user story management to support iterative development
Assisting with asset and content organization for a website development team
Developing diagrams and flow charts to document website design needs and team processes
Developing process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for a web development team
