Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
Should have strong BA and QA experience (6 to 8 yrs of hands on experience)
Should have experience in working in an agile environment on multiple projects
Should have experience in gathering the detailed requirements, creating user stories, test planning and strategy
Effectively capturing business requirements to write the user story
Writing the acceptance criteria in the BDD orientation of business language, per specific frameworks such as Fitnesses, Cucumber or StoryQ
Verifying that code meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through automated testing platforms
Should have good understanding of test automation, test driven development concepts
Communicating effectively with developers on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements
Communicating with product managers on product roadmap, backlog grooming, prioritization of requirements and fleshing out the sprint/release plans
Communicating effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements
Work with Agile Teams pointing out functional errors, bottlenecks, and regression test subsequent enhancements.
Conduct testing analysis at sprint reviews and provide it as part of our Software Test Plan Results delivered during each release.
Work with other teams, including customer and third party consumer teams.
Support customer findings and acceptance test events
Manage and assign tasks to testers
