Position Description: The Business Analyst works with the Project Manager and Business subject matter experts (SMEs) on a request for a project creating a unique product or service. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing support for and managing relationships with a set of division representatives. This role will work with the Support Center, Infrastructure, Integration Services teams, and vendors as appropriate to resolve issues reported from our business partners. This role also communicates with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest of quality and in accordance to standards. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Specifically, this position will support development and implementation of systems and business processes to support online customer ordering supported through direct ship from suppliers.
Current tools and technologies include: Experience with technologies: JIRA, HPALM, MS Office, ACE POS, release management and web services.

Ability to provide input into testing, including test scenario development, test execution, and defect tracking
Ability to problem solve and investigate issues with some to little detail
Solid understanding of programming concepts and relational data models
Attention to detail and has a curiosity to dig into the data
Ability to interact well in a team environment
Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
