Job Description :
Role Title: Business Analyst
Location - Houston,TX

Required Skills:
Business Analyst:
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- Sense of curiosity and intuition – looks for things people perhaps aren’t saying
- Identifies patterns in unstructured information
- Quick ability to learn new things and adapt work-style based on varying skillsets and teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, IT lifecycles
- Understanding of stakeholder, risk/issue/action management and change management processes
- Ability to drive others to get work done
- Unafraid to escalate and provide “true status”
- Strong MS Project and HP PPM skills preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects during the same day
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of SAP modules

Responsibilities:
Support various IT projects

Expected Deliverable(s):
Define project strategy and document
Stand up project governance and weekly cadence
Prepare project status reports
Understand project financials
Executive report outs
