Job Description :
Summary: A member of the Corporate Services Category Management Team responsible for conducting various forms of analyses - including spend, business, market, financial and supplier analysis. Support the Category Team on sourcing events, assist with supplier performance and quarterly business reviews.

Corporate Services Overview The Corporate Services Category team is a part of the Enterprise Professional Services Category. It serves primarily all corporate functional departments in the planning and delivery of Procurement services managing a portfolio of greater than 600 3rd party suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:
Collects data using internal reporting systems, synthesizes the data, analyze and prepare recommendations.
Analyzing supplier activities, market share changes and swings in business and prepare projections on how these may influence future supplier proposals or negotiations.
Develop first cost and total cost models and other related assessments.
Develops or assists in the development of category plan documents, business cases, and other presentations with emphasis on clear presentation and interpretation of data gathered.
Supports Procurement/Supply Chain Mgmt team through benchmarking, cost management, alternative sourcing and supply chain management studies.

Required Skills: • Previous oil and gas experience.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one''s time. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Ability to analyze business trends and project future outcomes. • Experience using data systems, including Ariba and SIMS. SAP is preferred.
Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using Tibco Spotfire a plus.
Experience analyzing supplier activities, market share changes and swings in business and preparing projections on how these may influence future supplier proposals or negotiations.

Education/Experience: • Bachelor''s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required. • 5-7 years’ experience required
