Title: Business Analyst

Job Description
6-8 years of relevant BA work experience
Ability to coordinate with business teams (product owners, end users) and technical teams (development, testing, scrum masters, etc) for the delivery of features
Requirements elicitation skills and analysis (story grooming, elaboration, design sessions, etc using Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
Must be able to create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (user stories, activity diagrams, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc using various tools (i.e. Visio, Wire framing tools, data modeling tools, etc)
Conduct end-to-end impact analysis, design reviews, test case reviews from a platform perspective, to ensure that the business vision, goals, and requirements are met
Manages and analyses business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts
Ability to adapt in a fast paced, Agile Scrum environment
Prior experience of working on Healthcare industry is a plus
Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data integration points, process workflows from an end to end perspective from back end or front end (UI based) perspective
Competent, self-starter with ability to work independently, problem solve, prioritize work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders
Create and execute query in databases
