Description :
The ELMS Steering Committee is seeking Business Analyst (BA) in the form of a Business Analyst. The contracted BA is needed to work with the ELMS project teams on multiple efforts to implement new feature enhancements, expand new agencies, and execute process improvement configurations.
Specific Services Required
Mobile Inspection project
1. Work with the agency stakeholders and subject matter experts to become familiar with the
current licensing system.
2. Provide detailed inspection process design and configurations services as necessary for
implementations of the mobile solution
3. Provide traceability and test scripts to facilitate user acceptance testing
4. Design and/or delivering reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, business cases,
change requests, current/proposed process workflows, test cases, and end-user guides to support
the ELMS initiatives.
5. Work within the project teams to assist with implementation configuration, testing, and training
as necessary.
6. Work closely with DAS-BEST technical teams and provide input into the solution design as per
business requirements
7. Assist the selected vendor through implementation of the new solution
8. Document “to be” processes for each division as the mobile solution is implemented
9. Provide knowledge transfer to state personnel as needed.
