What We’re Looking For
An energetic and team oriented individual with demonstrated success implementing technology solutions, process improvement ideas, and/or administering change management initiatives. An outstanding performer with a demonstrated ability to get things done quickly and effectively. Must be comfortable working within a technical team and with business executives to raise the bar on our project initiatives.

A truly exceptional Business Analyst will serve as an information hub. They constantly seek out, process, vet, analyze, share, and present information about how the company works or could work. They are good listeners, teachers, prefer a collaborative approach to problem solving, and have developed the technical, leadership, change management, and project management skills necessary to achieve results under tight deadlines without damaging relationships. They have the ability to discover, analyze, and present data related to business operations in a clear and concise manner.

This position will act as a conduit between the IT department, business units, product owners, and vendors to develop technical solutions to solve business needs.


Education, Certification and Experience
Four-year degree required with field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related experience
Strong skills in MS Excel, Visio, MSWord, and PowerPoint
Experience (4+ years) as a Business Analyst across a number of large, complex projects
Experience (2-4+ years) leading Agile project activities
Experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik
Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches, e.g. waterfall, agile, etc. (preferred)
Experience in a manufacturing and sales organization for Apparel products, or in an Athletic Training or Sports Event management company (preferred)
