Job Description :
Location is San Jose, CA
Duration : 6+months
Duties and Responsibilities:
5+ years of proven work experience as Business Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Fair understanding of Cisco Installed Base (IB) data, Service Agreements (SA) data & business.
Fair understanding of the systems and tools in Cisco like CSCC, SORT, SCM etc.
Strong knowledge on SQL with experience in building complex, custom SQL queries
Experience working on reporting applications like Tableau.
Analytical, quantitative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, customer driven work environment
Self-starter and comfortable taking the initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes and ideas
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and a problem solving mindset.
