Business Analyst, Onboarding
The challenge:
Client''s Onboarding team is offering an exciting new opportunity for a business analyst to establish analytics measurements that will drive continuous improvement in Client Experience Cloud onboarding efforts. The role will be located in Lehi ,UT and you will be part of the Experience Cloud Integrations and Onboarding team.
What you''ll do (Duties):
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success teams to establish analytics and measurements for the onboarding experience that will drive continuous improvement and that are informative to business decision-making
Explore and extract data for reporting to the organization
Create standardized reporting outputs and update accordingly
Analyse and present analyses to a wide variety of audiences
Help drive a data-driven decision-making culture
Skills:
3+ years related work experience
Experience working with, consolidating and interpreting large data sets
Strong analytics skills, including a good understanding of statistics
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint a plus
Familiarity with Tableau preferred
SQL experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Confidence in working with colleagues in different roles, including senior management
Drive to push excellent business and technical practices
Education:
.Bachelor''s degree in a related field
