Requirements:-
- Undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline is a requirement (Engineering, Computer Sciences, and Information Sciences etc
- 7+ Years Data Analysis experience
-Experience working with senior leadership, and communicating concisely and effectively
-Ability to convert technical concepts and data complexities into simple language that the business can understand
-Experience and ability to guide non-technical and non-data leaders to insightful, actionable analysis and information by understanding the underlying business problems and finding solutions that may not have been asked for
-Experience working in a demanding environment, with a preponderance of reactive requests with rapid turnaround times
-Level-headedness, patience and persistence a must
-Must have some hands-on SQL coding experience
-Must have experience with Big Data, large data warehouses, fragmented data
-Experience working with ambiguous requirements for data analysis, data extracts and business information needs
- Experience working for a large enterprise with fragmented data sources, lack of documentation, unstructured requirements and ambiguity
-Experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders in understanding data analytics and information needs, and executing on transformation of high-level, abstract data needs into meaningful information and analysis
-Experience understanding and managing business data and information, and the ability to correlate business processes to data and IT systems
