Experience
Demonstrates experience with web software development projects and SDLC processes.
Understands the application architecture and software frameworks used in web development projects such as Java script, JSON, AJAX, REST API’s, Java/J2EE,, etc.
Has experience gathering and documenting requirements to initiate the software development process.
o Has experience with creating use cases, data models, process models and business rules.
Has experience using consulting and visual frameworks such as two-by-two charts, SWOT analysis, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, affinity diagrams, etc.
Has experience facilitating sessions using the nominal group techniques
Demonstrates a solid understanding and balanced approach to managing tasks while managing the strategic outcome.
3 years as a Business Analyst in IT projects preferably web projects.
