Skills

· Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with emphasis in business administration, information systems, computer science, marketing or a professional technology concentration.

· Seven years of experience within the last ten (10) years providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and associated with such positions as business analyst, information technology systems analyst, IT business analyst, IT business manager.

· Five years of experience within the last seven (7) years managing a team(s) responsible for strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.

· Five years of experience within the last seven (7) years of business relationship management, customer engagement or account management experience.

· Three years of experience in defining and implementing service improvements using technology for medium to large organization (1,500 to 30,000 employees

· Provide one engagement including a strategic plan, communication plan and presentation to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively, and facilitate effective communication.
