Reports To: Digital Experience Marketing Manager
The Business Analyst will work with global business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and influence business requirements in support of evolving Prologis’ property marketing capability. The Analyst will have experience supporting process improvement, information systems, analytics, and reporting. The role resides within the Digital Experience team and reports to the Digital Experience Marketing Manager. This role will be expected to actively engage in strategic conversations with business stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Elicit business requirements through in-person or virtual/remote interactions
Document requirement descriptions, user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as any associated definitions or business rules that align with best practices for property marketing across markets
Analyze business technology and process solutions to determine solutions’ priority, measurable business value, global impact, and ROI benefit
Analyze and document the anticipated impact solutions will have on other stakeholders, processes, and related systems functionality
Collaborate with product lead and solution delivery team to prioritize requirements in upcoming releases as well as the full requirements backlog
Perform quality assurance testing, as needed
Support application enhancement demonstrations to stakeholders
Support technology and process change management efforts including communications, planning, impact analysis, training etc.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of marketing, business analysis, and/or agile experience
Experience working on application development and/or technology implementation using multiple methodologies including waterfall, Agile, and hybrid.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross-departmentally with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with global teams
Strong sense of accountability with a focus on continual development
Proven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time across competing activities/resources
Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to distill meaningful and accurate information from potentially ambiguous business descriptions
Ability to analyze and articulate the value of proposed solutions/requirements
Advanced expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
Experience working with marketing automation platforms, tools and methodologies
Experience analyzing data to create meaningful and digestible reports
Desired Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with Product Information Management systems a plus
Experience with an enterprise document management system a plus
Experience working in real estate is a plus
