*Business Analyst - Compliance*

The objective of the Business Analyst - Compliance is to provide support
for the Business Areas vendor relationships and to assist in the delivery
and direction of Third-party Contract Administration, on-boarding,
off-boarding, business line specific issue resolution and periodic contract
reviews
.
This individual will help ensure that contract requirements and service
agreement at the Business Area and Third Parties level are adhered to.
This role will operate within the Governance and Business Services division
and the primary responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Providing support to Business Area Managers in ongoing monitoring of
contracts Management coordination of stakeholder interaction.

Capturing of Business Line Service information for monthly Third Party
performance metrics.
Reviewing Third Party contract dashboards and scorecards.

Assisting with periodic contract reviews as defined in policies and
procedures.
Assisting with issues identified by the Business Areas or other
assessment groups.

Advising and assisting in resolving identified risk issues as needed.
Facilitating discussions in the resolution of risk and compliance issues
identified during evaluation.
Assisting Business Areas in coordinating with key stakeholders for
ongoing due diligence in accordance with policy guidelines.

*Qualifications *

College Degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years Project Management experience.
2+ years Procurement or Contract Administration experience.

Ability to assess, identify and mitigate risk issues early in the
process, including the proper allocation and management of such risks.
Strong organizational, communication and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with project teams and multiple
departments and vendors to achieve objectives.

Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy
is required
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change
A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented
environment

Knowledge/skills:

Working Knowledge of MS SharePoint
Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excel.
