Job Description :
Position Requirements
Hold functional and data analysis meetings with business staff
Determine business needs for enterprise architecture research project work
Determine business needs for application architecture development project work
Document business requirements for application architecture and enterprise architecture research and development projects
Communicate functional changes to business and IT staff

Required Skills
10 or more years of experience performing requirement and functional analysis related to Application and/or Architecture development
7 or more years of experience facilitating requirements gathering meetings with business customers
2 or more years of experience with SDLC methodologies

Interview: First round phone, Second round onsite face to face.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture solutions
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance systems
Knowledge of Ohio BWC
Skill in the use of organizational tools and methods (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Visio, CA PPM)
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and enhancements
