1) 10 + years’ experience in the healthcare IT industry
2) Healthcare knowledge and experience on Payer domain including:
a. Population Health,
b. Payment Accuracy,
c. Quality Measurement & Reporting including HEDIS, Stars, P4P, QHP, state and custom measures
d. Risk Adjustment -Medicare, Commercial Risk Adjustment
e. Messaging standards and formats – EDI, HL7 etc
f. Payer data models
g. Healthcare BI and Analytics
3) Experience in leading programs as a functional subject matter expert in the above areas
4) Experience in data management, big data, BI and analytics projects
5) Experience in working with offshore, distributed teams
6) Expert use of analysis, documentation and presentation tools including MS Office tools, Visio, JIRA, etc
7) Elicit, analyse and elaborate business requirements, epics and user stories
8) Experience in product management roles including product strategy, functional design, backlog maintenance and prioritization, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation utilizing an Agile methodology
9) Experience in conducting sprint and release demos and working with customer stakeholders to close out all changes / feedback
