Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Cincinnati OH
Must Have skills:
7-9+ years of experience as a Business, Systems or Solutions Analyst. Large public-facing website experience required.
Insight and understanding of Object Oriented projects.
Proven Business Analysis, and Use Case/Story Modelling skills at hands-on level for large projects.
Experience in undertaking QA and business reviews and troubleshooting engagements.
Knowledge of a formal analysis methodology (RUP, MSF, Process Mentor) an advantage.
Experience with Scrum, Agile, and Kanban processes and methods.
Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager is highly desirable.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, MyEmma) is highly desirable.
Experience with DMP platforms is also valuable.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Experience with Personalization tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to include consultation, facilitating, and leading workshops.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen, API and Interface designs.
Responsibilities:
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the design and software development teams through which requirements flow.
Elicit requirements and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
Translate stakeholder needs into clearly defined and detailed product requirements.
