Digital Transformation Consulting
As a Consulting Project Lead manage cross functional teams and track activities, schedule, status reporting for project executions
Business Requirements Gathering and IT Technology mapping
Designing Process Flows and User Journey mapping
Gap identification and Impact Analysis
Solution conceptualizing and value proposition mapping
Identification and creation of Business Use cases
Respond to solution concepts on various digital solutions
Coordination within teams (Customer, Partner and LTI)
Manage client stakeholders.
Plan and organize Customer Innovation Workshops on various solutions and demos
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and map Business Requirements
Design and map process flows- As-Is Process mapping and designing of To-Be Process flow
Identify Gaps and do Impact Analysis and assessment of business problems and challenges
Customer Experience Journey mapping and conceptualizing client specific solutions
Solution Conceptualizing and creating Value Propositions as per client requirements
