Due to company growth, PCMS has multiple Business Analyst positions currently open. Ideal candidates will have retail and/or hospitality industry background to identify and define business requirements and act as the focal point with technical development staff to meet objectives. The Business Analyst will work as part of a cross-functional team on customer projects and regularly interface with the client. The Business Analyst may also perform application configurations.
Lead customer workshops to identify gaps in functionality.
Communicate with business counterpart to identify and document requirements.
Create functional specifications to meet customer requirements.
Obtain product knowledge and lead the client implementation to best leverage product capabilities.
Coordinate business department with technical teams to resolve issues.

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent retail experience.
minimum of three years of experience of business analysis
Experience working in a complex organization with an appreciation of how the dynamics of growth affect corporate culture and in-place processes and systems.
Working knowledge of PCMS products and services or the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of PCMS products and services.
Ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across the company to achieve common goals.
Advanced computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office programs.
Valid driver’s license, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and travel.
