Duration: 12+ months

Rate: $40/Hour on W2
Skill Level:5-8years
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
Documents business, functional and system/technical requirements
Defines scope and objectives, and formulates system strategies
Basic familiarity with Web technologies and application development practices
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Required:
Self driven, goal oriented functional business analyst having exposure to enterprise level distributed web applications
5 - 8 years’ experience as a BA
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with defining & documenting high level as well as detailed business & functional requirements
Required to analyze application flow and data with the application team and define the IT changes required for an existing project
Direct interaction experience with business users is required
Responsible for working with the business to document and define specifics requirements for the development team
Individual will be working on multiple parallel work-streams
Preferred:
Previous experience with any Resource management or scheduling applications or Airport operation will be an added advantage
Airline experience preferred
Experience with Java technologies, Oracle, TFS, and SharePoint preferred. Individual will not be responsible for development but will need to communicate with the development team. An understanding of these technologies would be helpful but not required.
