General /PM Work with PO to validate expected release scope
content Work with PO to ensure that JIRA EPICS & Stories
created Create incremental stories for existing EPICS
Champion the priority of stream scope to achieve expected outcome
Ensure full team makeup including business SMEs Ensure that EPICS
are actively managed by priority rank Ensure consistent completeness
and quality of Stories Ensure Stories are progressed in
line with sprint milestones Plan readiness of Stories for
Elaboration & Storytime meets Engage Ops Readiness for relevant
Stories Provide weekly status updates for all owned
EPICS Escalate risks relating to slow progress/blockers
Report on the progress/closure of current release Stories in addition to
future release elaboration Work with the Scrum Master to help create
accurate weekly PMO report Aid in Change Control process
Track all stories through to closure Ensure Scrum and Test Orgs are
actively managing Story statuses Ensure that Stories and EPICS are closed
for past releases Subject Matter Expertise Entitlements Processing
Corporate Actions business Income Processing business NT
