Job Description :
The Corporate Properties Group of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. provides property management and building services for facilities in the Wells Fargo building portfolio, including real estate negotiation, lease administration, space planning, construction and remodeling, repair and maintenance, furniture services and support Corporate Security services.

The focus of this position is to act as the Business Intelligence Reporting Functional Analyst for our Building Technology Inventory Quality Initiative Program. Our initiative include responsibilities for business process analysis, developing detailed business requirement documents, and ensure successful implementation of analytical Dashboards, operational reporting analytics and empower business users to have minimal IT dependency with more self-service analytics. Ability to work under a minimal supervision. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of business analyst experience.
Must have a keen understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and technology.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access.
Understanding of both the Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Must be able to analyze and validate data in various systems and tools.
Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
Strong BI strategic and analytical skills.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong requirements gathering skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and work against tight project deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL Database design and build.
Exposure to large data sets on relational as well as non-relational data stores.
Experience with Tableau, dashboard design and delivery.
SQL Server Analysis Services, MS Excel, SSRS, Report Builder, PowerPivot, PerformancePoint, Power View.
