Job Description:

The Change Management Analyst will provide day-to-day support for the entire range of OCM activities, collaborating with a team including Change Managers, Training Leads and the Communications Lead for an Organizational Change Management initiative to promote the adoption of business process and software system changes affecting government employees throughout the state of Maine.
This individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing and maintaining data sets, developing distribution lists, maintaining archives of OCM Team work products, as well as arranging and supporting regular teleconferences and meetings. The position requires extreme attention to detail, as well as integrity, maturity, dependability and a positive professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be flexible and personable, with a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of OCM activities, and maintain regular updates to project documentation and workplans
Collaborate with the Change, Communications and Training Leads to produce e-mails, voice mails and printed media, to obtain approval and monitor distribution
Develop and maintain updated lists of stakeholders, analyzing them into groups based on user type, location and other attributes as needed
Develop and maintain accurate distribution lists, and manage email and voice messaging for the OCM Team
Develop and deploy surveys; analyzing results and providing both detailed and summary reports
Manage the document repository for the OCM team, ensuring that all collateral is stored on SharePoint and/or on the project website, as appropriate
Develop methods for measuring the effectiveness of OCM activities; track and monitor effectiveness regularly
Schedule and support teleconferences and face-to-face meetings for the OCM Team, as needed
Support role mapping, and ensure that project stakeholder lists reflect accurate role assignments for all stakeholders
Maintain strong partnerships with representatives of multiple stakeholder groups via teleconference
Identify resistance to change (both overt and subtle), and collaborate to develop effective mitigation strategies
Develop data visualizations, as needed Required
Exceptional attention to detail, penchant for precision
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio); knowledge of SharePoint
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing standards of excellence
Strong customer-service, communication and editing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, independent thinker accustomed to working in a high-performing team environment
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations with little direction

Ability to integrate text and graphics
