JOB DESCRIPTION:
5-10 years of industry experience as a Business analyst with Capital market Experience
Experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services firms
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirements
Familiarity with the SDLC and project management methodology
Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks
Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project)
SKILLS DESIRED
A degree in computer science, engineering or related fields
Prior development experience
Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues
Experience with SQL to query data for analysis and testing
