Must have:
7+ years of exp need in Develop Business Requirements - project life cycle documents, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
7+ years of exp need in Develop functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
Develop graphic representations of complex business processes.
Develop Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - (e.g. performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability
Assist in business Change Management activities.
Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix.

Business Analysis to include: Create and maintain project documentation artifacts, including detailed user requirements documents, flowcharts, diagrams, use cases, system documentation, installation/configuration manuals outlining essential steps, and change logs. Work with application teams to translate business needs into operational systems. Accurately document customer needs based on information acquired through requirements gathering sessions and prepare documentation to assist IT staff. Function as a liaison between the customer and IT staff. Develop test plans, test cases, and prepare test data.
