.•Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
.•Previous experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Content Management System (CMS)
.• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating user stories, test cases, and wireframes
Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Documenting systems design, creating specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on user or system design specifications.
Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Preferred CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Processes as well as SDLC processes
