II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and develop software specifications, complex test scenarios and test plans in cooperation with business and technical groups
8 Experience documenting detailed requirements for information technology solutions that will meet program and user needs.
8 Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases and documenting Requirements Traceability Matrix
8 Experience with testing web based applications
7 Experience documenting requirements traceability matrices and mapping requirements and design specification to associated test cases
7 Experience executing test plans; assisting team members in performing and completing test activities; performing testing; and documenting/communicating testing results
7 Experience identifying, analyzing and documenting software defects; assisting developers in analyzing and resolving defects
7 Thorough knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies to include experience with COTS and/or SaaS implementations
5 Experience testing data conversion and migration in support of projects replacing large, complex legacy systems
5 Experience with test management software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience working as a Test Analyst for an IT implementation project.
3 Experience presenting to program and IT management, project Sponsors, and Executive leadership.
3 Workforce Labor Exchange software experience
