The Worker performs highly complex systems analysis to complete software te=
st activities for all test phases of a software development project. The Wo=
rker analyzes business requirements and develops software specifications. =
The Worker reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and develops test plans and scenar=
ios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability; monit=
ors and performs system testing; and facilitates user acceptance testing. =
The Worker coordinates with IT and business project teams to identify and d=
ocument software defects and works with developers to coordinate defect sol=
utions. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment.
