7 Gathers and analyzes business requirements and develops software specifications, complex test scenarios and test plans with business and technical groups
7 Coordinates the review of test plans, scripts and results of system test plans with business and technical groups. Support the development of test scripts and test plans using testing tools for software specifications
7 Executes test plans and script reviews and assists team members in performing and completing test activities. Coordinates, monitors, and performs testing, and facilitates user acceptance testing
7 Identifies, analyzes and documents software defects; assists developers in analyzing and resolving defects
7 Participates in various software development reviews and provides advice and assistance to other team members in analysis, design, and test
7 Experience in testing web software applications
7 Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
7 Considerable skill in using a computer with various word processing, spreadsheet and database software
7 Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course of conducting business
5 Thorough understanding of legal processes related to Order Entry, Order Generation, Legal Assessment, Admin Enforcement Assessment, Legal Monitoring, and E-Filing
5 Skill in analyzing legal and administrative workflow problems and identifying effective solutions
5 Assists in developing and monitoring project plans and schedules; assists project managers in making assignments and managing project tasks
5 Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients
5 Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy

10 Knowledge of web application development technologies and processes
5 Knowledge of child support systems and child support legal activities
5 Working knowledge and previous experience in the development of the Texas Child Support Enforcement System 2.0 (TXCSES 2.0 or T2)
5 Knowledge of WebSphere and portlets
5 Experience with design and development of distributed batch processing
5 Design and development of business process workflow
Completion of a Business Analysis Certificate program
