Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Manage projects, ensure high quality project execution in accordance with standard and best practices.
Maintain up-to-date list of client priorities, prepare execution plan for delivery of solutions, perform effort estimation and advise client on new solutions.
Conduct meetings with client SMEs/stakeholders during scope definition, design, implementation, and closeout to ensure that projects meet the needs of business partners.
Create and review necessary requirement gathering document such as Business Process Flow document, Use Case document, Functional Requirement document etc.
Perform status reporting, communication to management and stakeholders, project risk assessment and managing.
Responsible for maintenance/reliability of systems troubleshooting, consulting with external experts, and formulation of recommended problem solutions.
Perform regular interaction with offshore development team member to ensure proper dissemination of requirements and project related tasks to team members.

·5-7 years of strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with functional background in CPG/Retail
·Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments ; comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
·Robotic Process Automation experience highly preferred with one of the market leading tools; exposure to ML and Cognitive solutions such as chatbots is highly desirable
·Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
·Experience working with test plans and test cases
Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis to analyze information needs, functional requirements, and deliver artifacts as needed
- Ability to break the business problem and envision a solution approach along with Business
- Support pre-sales and business development activities for targeted initiatives
- Employ multiple elicitation techniques, interviews, and existing artifacts to solicit business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with RPA Developers/Data Engineers/Data Scientists to establish a solution vision to ensure stated objectives are met
- Coordinate business analysis tasks and resources across multiple, simultaneous intelligent automation projects.
